(COLDWATER) – Felony charges have been filed against a Branch County man following a two month investigation.

Branch County District Court officials say 20 year old has been arraigned on one count each of first degree criminal sexual conduct, second degree criminal sexual conduct and third degree sexual conduct for allegedly abusing a 14 year old girls at a Bronson Township home.

The Branch County Sheriff’s Office started their investigation after being contacted in May. The girl told detectives that at least twice she was allegedly touched inappropriately by Post.

During his arraignment, Post had his bond set at $100,000. He is scheduled to have a probable cause hearing in District Court on July 24 and a preliminary hearing on July 31.
