(UNDATED) – A Winter Weather Advisory has now been issued for the listening area.

The National Weather Service says the Advisory is in effect from 1 PM Wednesday until 7 AM Thursday for St. Joseph, Branch, Cass and Hillsdale Counties in Michigan, along with LaGrange, Noble, Elkhart, Steuben and DeKalb Counties in Indiana.

Forecasters says mixed precipitation of snow, sleet and freezing rain is expected over the listening area. Total snow accumulations of between 3 and 6 inches is possible with ice accumulations of one tenth of an inch possible.

Plan on slippery road conditions which could impact the Wednesday evening commute. Please slow down and use caution while traveling.
