AUBURN - An Auburn man was arrested on multiple child molestation charges.
On Thursday, November 30 at approximately 8:45 a.m. the detectives within the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office partnered with the Indiana Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrested Craig C. Cobbs, 54, in the 1100 block of C.R. 34.
Cobb was arrested following an investigation provided by a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
He was transported to the DeKalb County Jail where he has been initially charged with the following charges; Child Molesting a Class C Felony, Child Exploitation a Level 4 felony, Possession of Child Pornography a Level 5
Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine a Level 5 Felony, Bestiality a Level 6 Felony, and a Habitual Offender Enhancement.
The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and the Auburn Police Department.
