ANGOLA, IN - This weekend much of Angola will be turning back time to the Civil War era.
Angola American History Fest features a variety of demonstrations, historical re-enactors and Civil War battle skirmishes Saturday and Sunday, September 25th and 26th at Commons Park.
Admission and parking are free.
On Friday, Civil War interpreters welcome area students for a special interactive event for school age children. Friday’s activities are exclusive for prearranged school groups.
