COLDWATER, MI – A Fremont man has been charged in connection with breaking into a Coldwater home back in June and taking three marijuana plants.
Following an investigation conducted by the Coldwater Police Department, Dakota Lewis Lytle, age 24 of Fremont, has been charged with second degree home invasion after he allegedly broke into a home in the 200 block of West Pearl Street.
He was arraigned in Branch County District Court, at which time he waived a formal reading of the charges.
Bond was set at $35,000 with ten percent allowed.
A probable cause hearing was scheduled for next week. A preliminary exam was also scheduled for October 5th.
