The Steuben County United Way still has tickets available for the 2020 Power of the Purse event, held on Thursday, November 5. Tickets are $20 and include access to the event during the selected time block, a to-go lunch from 10am-2pm or a food voucher for the food truck located in the parking lot from 3pm-7pm, a party favor and goodie bag. Additional tickets for purses can be purchased with cash or check at theevent for $5 or 6 for $25.
This year's event will be held at the Steuben County Event Center from 10:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m. Attendees are able to sign up for a one hour time block to view purses and purchase additional raffle tickets.
Purse donations are still being accepted. To donate a purse, please contact the Steuben County United Way at 260-665-6196. To purchase tickets, please visit the Steuben County United Way Facebook page at Facebook.com/SteubenCountyUnitedWay. Proceeds will benefit women's initiatives in Steuben County.
