 
            
                                                          ANGOLA, IN – The City of Angola received a grant from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) to assist Angola’s small local service and retail industry businesses that employ under 50 people.
The City of Angola Investment Fund will offer loans up to $10,000 to COVID-19 impacted small businesses. The interest rate will be one percent. If certain criteria are met, the loan may be forgiven.
All loans will have an automatic six-month payment deferral period at the start of the loan. Businesses must exist within the City of Angola corporate limits and be able to show they have been negatively impacted by COVID-19 to be eligible for funding under this program.
