The Indiana State Department of Health announced on Thursday that 521 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19, bringing the total number of cases within the state to 49,575.
Of those new cases, three of which were found within DeKalb County bringing their county count to 168. Four deaths have also been associated with the virus in DeKalb County. Meanwhile Steuben County stands at 133 cases and 2 deaths associated with coronavirus, LaGrange County is still reporting 482 cases and 9 deaths while Noble County stands at 491 cases and 28 deaths.
A total of 2,546 Hoosiers are confirmed to have died from COVID-19, an increase of seven over the previous day. To date, 542,292 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 535,857 on Wednesday.
