Fremont High School is ready to resume athletic workouts, starting on July 6th, following guidelines established by the IHSAA and a plan for the re-entry of sports approved by the Fremont Community School Board.
Parents are reminded that three forms (IHSAA Health History Update Questionnaire and Consent and Release Certificate, FCS Athletic Physical Policy Update Waiver, and Questionnaire – COVID 19 Symptoms) must be signed and on file before any athlete can participate in any workout.
All three forms were sent by mail to each returning athlete’s household and can be found at the corporation website.
Here are the workout times for each sport:
FOOTBALL – Monday and Thursday from 6:30-8:00 PM (football field)
VOLLEYBALL – Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-7:00 PM (high school gym)
CROSS COUNTRY – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00-8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00-11:00 AM (team building)
BOYS TENNIS – Monday and Wednesday – Juniors & Seniors from 10:00-11:30 AM; Freshmen and Sophomores from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM (tennis courts)
BOYS’ BASKETBALL – Monday from 3:30-6:30 PM (2 groups) and Wednesday from 5:00-8:00 PM (2 groups) (high school gym)
GIRLS’ BASKETBALL – Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00-8:30 PM (high school gym)
GIRLS’ GOLF – Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-8:30 PM (Lake James Golf Club)
CHEERELADING – Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Team Building Gym)
