There are still openings remaining in next month's Hoosier Boys Basketball Camp hosted by Trine University.
This year's camp will take place July 13-15. Grades 1-3 will participate from 9-11 a.m., while camp for grades 4-12 will take place from noon to 3 p.m. Campers will receive camp T-shirts and basketballs for participating.
Concessions will be offered throughout camp, but meals will not be provided this year. The adjusted price for the camp will be $75 for grades 1-3 and $100 for campers in grades 4-12.
Register your child online at secure.trine.edu/trine/basketball/, or return the camp brochure via email to Ginny Hamilton, athletic scheduling coordinator, at hamiltong@trine.edu.
For questions about the camp, please contact Trine Head Men's Basketball Coach Brooks Miller at 419-304-8517 or millerb@trine.edu.
Trine finished the 2019-20 season with a 16-12 overall record and an 8-6 mark in conference play. Trine also qualified for the MIAA Tournament for the ninth straight season and advanced to the tournament title game in back-to-back seasons. The Thunder produced two All-MIAA performers, including one first-team member.
Any further adjustments to the 2020 Hoosier Boys Basketball Camp will be determined by the State of Indiana in cooperation with CDC guidelines for COVID-19 at the time of the event. All payment will be refunded if camp is canceled for any reason.
