A man is back in Michigan after being arrested on an 11 year old warrant.
According to Branch County District Court officials, 38 year old Travis Howard Kinsey of Kentucky was arrested following a lengthy investigation by the Michigan
State Police. He was wanted on a warrant that was issued in 2008 by the Bronson
Police Department for an alleged crime that involved an eight year old girl.
Court officials say Howard-Kinsey was arraigned in Branch County District Court
on first degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under the age of 13.
He is being held on a $250,000 bond, and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 4.
